Jams are currently held weekly, indoors. Here are the details:
Time: Sundays from 11am to around 1pm.
Location: Revive Fitness, 318 Dundurn St S Unit 10, Hamilton, ON L8P 4L6
Price: $15 a person (talk to us privately if you can’t afford this, everyone is welcome)

Join the Hamilton Acro Community!
We’re a small but growing community that aims to meet regularly to make friends, hang out, and practice acro yoga.
Often, this is through “Acro Jams”: informal meetings held outdoors in the summer and at a gym in the winter.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, have done acro before, or are transfering skills from sports gymnastics, dance, or climbing, an Acro Jam is a great environment to learn and have fun.
We coordinate our jams on a Facebook Messenger group, so if you’re interested, come join us!
What is Acro Yoga?
Acro Yoga is a form of Partner Acrobatics that is typically practiced in pairs,with one person serving as a “base” and the other as a “flier”.
Although it may seem difficult, it is easy to get started with Acro and to find a range of poses and practices for every body and preference.
Despite the “yoga” in the name it’s very different than yoga, and can be enjoyed even if you don’t like yoga or aren’t flexible.
Acro is a great way to make friends and challenge yourself in a supportive and fun environment.

Originally from Israel, Shalom Tzvi Shore has been practicing acro in three different countries, for over five years. Shalom is a certified acro yoga teacher through AcroLove and currently teaches workshops and classes in the greater Hamilton, Ontario area.
He believes that Acro Yoga is a powerful tool for creating community, breaking social boundaries, and connecting more deeply to our own bodies. He is passionate about sharing his own love of Acro Yoga with others in a positive and accepting way that allows everyone to come as they are and grow from the process.
