Nothing to Lose

There is something that both rich and poor have in common. They both operate from a place of taking more risks because they have nothing to lose.

That is not to say that the rich are not far more comfortable, and that it’s a better place to operate from.

But the fact remains that the change often comes from the very rich or the very poor, while the middle class is just complacent or comfortable enough to preserve the status quo.

Looking back at the times I was quite desperate I am still impressed at just how much I got done (and now I’m in therapy recovering from that pressure).
